It’s been an active year in the Deer Run Subdivision. I’ve pulled some basic sales figures for the last 365 days (8/29/2004 - 8/29/2005) and come up with the following info:

  • In the past year 75 homes have sold in Deer Run
  • The highest sales price was $310,000
  • The lowest sales price was $170,000
  • The average sales price was $227,801
  • The average number of days on the market was 56
  • And the percentage of sales price to original listing price was 98.42%
