Woodstock City Council Plans To Kill Plan To Revamp Towne Lake Exit Ramp
By Knox Bardeen on Oct 10, 2005 in Traffic
The Woodstock City Council, which meets on Tuesday, October 11th, is expected to shy away from a proposed plan to turn the Towne Lake exit on Interstate 575, exit 8, into a “split diamond”. It appears the city may be moving back towards the plan of developing a full diamond exit at Rope Mill Road. Experts conducting traffic studies will address the council Tuesday at 7:00 PM at City Hall.
