I-575’s New Full Diamond Interchange Bringing Development

The new interchange at Rope Mill is going to do more than effect traffic for the Towne Lake area. It’s bringing developers, like Cousins Properties and other shopping centers, office space and residential development.

Hello Don,
This new intersection isn’t likely to be completed for another 5 years. The intersection is supposed to bring an estimated $2 billion in county wide development. But we’ll have to wait until 2010.
