  • And the percentage of sales price to original listing price was 99.28%
  • In 2004, 12 homes sold in Wellesley
  • The average list price was $302,725
  • The average sales price was $297,275
  • The average number of days on the market was 55
  • And the percentage of sales price to original listing price was 98.20%
  • In 2005, 13 homes sold in Wellesley
  • The average list price was $309,146
  • The average sales price was $301,769
  • The average number of days on the market was 53
  • And the percentage of sales price to original listing price was 97.61%

Wellesley has been slowly climbing in average sales price. Between 2003 and 2004, there was a 1.8% rise in average sales price. Between 2004 and 2005 the appreciation rate was 1.5%.
