Brookshire Real Estate Sales Activity For August

In the month of August, Brookshire saw 8 homes be placed under contract to sell and 6 homes sell, according to FMLS.

  • 357 Santa Anita Avenue sold on August 21st for $214,900 which was 97.72% of its original asking price. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home was on the market for 99 days.
  • 112 Whirlaway Place sold on August 10th for $213,500 which was 99.85% of its original asking price. This home had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • 203 Castleton Court sold on August 31st for $184,900 which was 98.61% of its original asking price. This 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom cul-de-sac home was on the market for 45 days.
  • 703 Castleton Lane sold on August 4th for $179,000 which was 101.87% of its original asking price. This 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom home was on the market for 59 days.

  • 178 Walnut Hall Circle went under contract August 25th. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms and was originally priced at $192,900.
  • 220 Ashland Drive went under contract on August 20th. $188,900 was the original asking price for the 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom home on a cul-de-sac.
  • 213 Whirlaway Court went under contract on August 17th. This ranch style home on a cul-de-sac was originally priced at 187,900 and had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
