Currently there are 67 houses for sale in the Towne Lake community of Eagle Watch. They are priced anywhere from $209,000 to $689,900. Here are some basic statistics about the real estate sales from the 2nd quarter of 2007.

April - 3 sales with an average sales price of $294,333 and an average days on market of 65.
May - 6 sales with an average sales price of $293,716 and an average days on market of 76.
June - 2 sales with an average sales price of $352,500 and an average days on market of 46.
