There are currently 18 houses for sale in the Towne Lake community of Brookshire. The lowest is priced at $174,900 and the highest at $265,000. Let’s take a look at what sold in Brookshire in the 2nd quarter of 2007.

April - 1 Sale with a price of $188,000 and was 113 days on the market.
May - 5 Sales with an average price of $221,700 and an average of 92 days on the market.
June - 1 Sale with a price of $185,800 and was 99 days on the market.
