April - 1 Sale with a price of $188,000 and was 113 days on the market.
May - 5 Sales with an average price of $221,700 and an average of 92 days on the market.
June - 1 Sale with a price of $185,800 and was 99 days on the market.

• 524 Ashland Parkway sold on August 28th for $288,000 which was 97.33% of its original asking price. This home had 5 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathroom.
• 312 Gainesway Trail sold on August 25th for $239,900 which was 100% of its original asking price. This 4 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom cul-de-sac home was on the market for 26 days.
• 357 Santa Anita Avenue sold on August 21st for $214,900 which was 97.72% of its original asking price. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home was on the market for 99 days.
• 112 Whirlaway Place sold on August 10th for $213,500 which was 99.85% of its original asking price. This home had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
• 203 Castleton Court sold on August 31st for $184,900 which was 98.61% of its original asking price. This 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom cul-de-sac home was on the market for 45 days.
• 703 Castleton Lane sold on August 4th for $179,000 which was 101.87% of its original asking price. This 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom home was on the market for 59 days.

The homes that went under contract in Brookshire were:

• 804 Waveland Court went under contract on August 25th. The original asking price was $241,000 for this 4 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom cul-de-sac home.
• 215 Gainesway Park went under contract on August 25th. This home with 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms was listed for $234,900.
• 303 Ashland Court went under contract August 6th. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms and was originally priced at $216,900.
• 202 Castleton Court went under contract on August 30th. The original asking price was $198,900 for this 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom home.
• 941 Santa Anita Drive went under contract on August 12th. This home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was listed for $197,900.
• 178 Walnut Hall Circle went under contract August 25th. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms and was originally priced at $192,900.
• 220 Ashland Drive went under contract on August 20th. $188,900 was the original asking price for the 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom home on a cul-de-sac.
• 213 Whirlaway Court went under contract on August 17th. This ranch style home on a cul-de-sac was originally priced at 187,900 and had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
