While not located in direct proximity of the other three Towne Lake Hills subdivisions, Towne Lake Hills South still maintains the character and class of the Towne Lake Hills name. Towne Lake Hills South has approximately 478 homes located within. These homes range in price from mid $100,000’s to the mid $200,000’s and have many ammenities on location. These ammenities include volleyball, 4 tennis courts, a pool with a water slide, a play area and basketball courts. Towne Lake Hills South began construction in 1994 and you will find homes that were built as recently as the year 2000. These homes are split into three different neighborhoods within Towne Lake Hills South. These neighborhoods are Township Place, Providence Place and Centennial Place.

Towne Lake Hills is one of the premier communities in Towne Lake. It is split into 4 distinct communities titled North, South, East and West. Towne Lake Hills North, East and West are built surrounding an 18 hold, Arnold Hill designed golf course. The entire ammenities package is located in the Towne Lake Hills East portion. Towne Lake Hills South is not located geographically together with the other 3 communities. Towne Lake Hills South has it’s own ammenities package on location.
