They are priced anywhere from $145,000 to $168,900. Here are some basic statistics about the real estate sales from the 2nd quarter of 2007.

April - 3 sales with an average sales price of $160,166 and an average days on market of 37.
May - 3 sales with an average sales price of $168,300 and an average days on market of 42.
June - 0 sales
