Currently there are 23 houses for sale in the Towne Lake community of Towne Lake Hills East. They are priced anywhere from $299,900 to $650,000. Here are some basic statistics about the real estate sales from the 2nd quarter of 2007.
April - 4 sales with an average sales price of $386,200 and an average days on market of 32.
May - 1 sale with a sales price of $440,000 and a days on market of 12.
June - 2 sales with an average sales price of $442,250 and an average days on market of 438 (This number is so high as one of these homes was on the market for 400+ days).
