Currently there are 6 houses for sale in the Towne Lake community of Rose Creek. They are priced anywhere from $159,900 to $180,000. Here are some basic statistics about the real estate sales from the 2nd quarter of 2007.

April - 1 sale with a sales price of $173,000 and a days on market of 64.
May - 1 sale with a sales price of $166,840 and a days on market of 58.
June - 1 sale with a sales price of $171,900 and a days on market of 28.

• 393 Rose Creek Place went under contract August 28th. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and was originally priced at $159,900.
