		<description><![CDATA[<p>The <a href="http://townelakerelo.com/">Towne Lake</a> area feeds into two Cherokee County public high schools, <a href="http://www.cherokee.k12.ga.us/woodstock-hs/">Woodstock High School</a> and <a href="http://www.cherokee.k12.ga.us/etowah-hs/">Etowah High School</a>. Here&#8217;s some basic SAT information about them in 2005.</p>
<p>Woodstock High School had 271 students take the SAT. The average verbal score was 528. The average math score was 529, giving the school a total average SAT score of 1057.</p>
<p>Etowah High School had 205 students take the SAT. The average verbal score was 533. The average math score was 530, giving the school a total average SAT score of 1063.</p>

The two Towne Lake high schools fared very well. Etowah High School is ranked 2nd in the county with an average test score of 1049, which is 21 points higher than the national average. Woodstock High School is also above the national average. Woodstock High&#8217;s score of 1041 places it 13 points above the national average. Woodstock High also improved the most of any Cherokee County high school as it jumped 31 points from their 2004 average.</p>
