While not located in direct proximity of the other three Towne Lake Hills subdivisions, Towne Lake Hills South still maintains the character and class of the Towne Lake Hills name. Towne Lake Hills South has approximately 478 homes located within. These homes range in price from mid $100,000’s to the mid $200,000’s and have many ammenities on location. These ammenities include volleyball, 4 tennis courts, a pool with a water slide, a play area and basketball courts. Towne Lake Hills South began construction in 1994 and you will find homes that were built as recently as the year 2000.
